Spring Beer Pairing Dinner

Treat yourself to a truly elegant dining experience! Our Spring Beer Pairing Dinner menu is a feast of seasonal specialty dishes created just for this event. Hosted by our brewers and chefs, the evening includes five courses, craft beer samples and a souvenir pint glass. Dinner music provided by Chico Strings.
Sticky Ginger Drumettes paired with Wild Billy Winter Bock. Two sweet and spicy drumettes marinated overnight in a Wild Billy beer brine, then oven-roasted and tossed in ginger hoisin sauce. Served with a carrot, golden beet, and apple slaw made with caraway seed dressing.
Fava Bean Salad paired with Thunder Apricot Wheat Ale. Fava beans soaked in Apricot Wheat Ale, served on a bed of shaved radish, asparagus, and fennel, then finished with toasted walnuts and a champagne apricot vinaigrette.
Crispy Skin Porchetta paired with Olde Shillelagh Irish Red Ale. A classic Sardinian dish featuring a center-cut pork loin filled with fresh herbs, then rolled tightly around the filling, tied with twine, and roasted. As it cooks, the skin forms a crispy crust that insulates the moisture of the meat while the fillings form a flavorful paste within. Served with roasted carrots and parsnips in a citrus butter.
Spiced Rabbit Tagine paired with Naughty Native American IPA. A beautifully lean leg of rabbit slow-roasted with South African spices, served with couscous and roasted onions, garlic, and bell pepper.
Vanilla Tart paired with Volcano Mudslide Sweet Stout. A house made crust filled with our own creamy vanilla custard, served over smoked caramel sauce and dusted with espresso.
Tickets are $40. Must be 21 or older.
