Health Insurance Machine Readable Files

The regulations for Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), the No Surprises Act (NSA), and Transparency in Coverage are designed to provide greater consumer protections for employees and their families. Group health plans and insurers are required to provide machine-readable files (MRF) disclosing information about costs, covered items, and their services starting on July 1, 2022.
