Autumn Beer Pairing Dinner

Treat yourself to a truly elegant dining experience! Our Autumn Beer Pairing Dinner menu is a feast of seasonal specialty dishes created just for this event. The evening includes five courses, craft beer samples and a souvenir pint glass.
Appetizer – Paired with ‘Feather Falls Thunder’ Apricot Wheat Ale
Two apple cider-glazed chicken skewers served over homemade sweet potato gnocchi with a red wine and brown sugar glaze.
Salad – Paired with ‘Wild Warrior’ American Pale Ale
Roasted goat cheese figs on a bed of arugula with a maple syrup and balsamic vinegar reduction.
1st Entrée – Paired with ‘Oktoberfest’ Märzen
A sausage-stuffed pork roulade smoked over hickory chips and served with broccoli rabe.
2nd Entrée – Paired with ‘California Haze’ Hazy Double IPA
Bacon-wrapped 6-oz. beef tenderloin filets with a celery root and potato puree, topped with smoky roasted mushrooms and finished with a red wine reduction.
Dessert – Paired with ‘Volcano Mudslide’ Sweet Stout
Two vanilla cookies topped with chocolate ganache, a dusting of espresso, and toasted coconut.
