Summer Beer Pairing Dinner

Treat yourself to a truly elegant dining experience! Our Summer Beer Pairing Dinner menu is a feast of seasonal specialty dishes created just for this event. Hosted by our brewmaster, Roland Allen, the evening includes five courses, craft beer samples and a souvenir pint glass. Dinner music provided by Steve Cook.
Appetizer – Paired with Soaring Eagle Pilsner
Grilled Corn Crostini – Mexican-style grilled corn with an heirloom tomato served on toasted sourdough slices. Topped with queso fresco and crema.
Salad – Paired with Thunder Apricot Wheat Ale
Radish and Shrimp Salad – Wild-caught brown shrimp tossed with radishes from the brewery garden, fennel, orange juice, local Sutter Buttes honey, and crème fraiche.
1st Entrée – Paired with Golden Feather Extra Pale Ale.
A pan-seared turkey cutlet marinated in Golden Feather and encrusted with 2-row brewers malting barley. Served on a bed of saffron risotto topped with whipped gorgonzola.
2nd Entrée – Paired with Wild Warrior Pale Ale
A flat iron steak encrusted with green peppercorns and seared in duck fat. Served with an enriched parsnip puree.
Dessert – Paired with Doppel Down Doppelbock
Chocolate Dulce de Leche Cake – Three layers of chocolate cake and brown sugar butter cream, drizzled with dulce de leche.
