Sous Chef. Assists the Brewery Executive Chef in the training of all kitchen employees. Performs as a team member with cooks, dishwashers, supervisors, and pertinent culinary associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation on a scheduled shift. Assists and oversees all areas of food production. Maintains food standards as set forth by the Brewery Executive Chef. Assists the Brewery Executive Chef in the development of new menus and recipes and follows all recipes and control procedures. Maintains inventory control system, purchasing, and record keeping. Organizes and balances work load for food preparation crew. Organizes and cleans walk-ins, reach-ins, and all storage areas. Communicates any problems and/or concerns to the Brewery Executive Chef without delay. Food Safety Program and Training. Other duties and assignments as deemed necessary by management or the Brewery Executive Chef.
Server. Responsible for sales and service of food and beverages to guests. Responsible for taking orders, keeping orders organized, and timing the course of service to guests. Product knowledge is essential.
Dishwasher. This position is responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, restaurant equipment, and food/cooking utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
Host/Cashier. Responsible for greeting guests with a smile, escorting them to tables, providing menus, answering phones, and taking to-go orders.
Line Cook III. Responsible for overseeing all food presentations, inventory, and safety requirements.
Baker. We are seeking an experienced Baker to be responsible for overseeing baked goods presentation, safety and inventory. Prep for daily operation. Assist with baking of all products for Buffet and Deli.
Beverage Service/ Lounge
Cocktail Server. Responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons seated at gaming machines, table games, and in Casino lounges.
Slot Supervisor. Responsible for training and counseling the Slot staff, assuring that the policies and procedures are adhered to at all times, and other duties as assigned. Supervisory experience preferred. 1-2 years electronics experience highly desirable.
Supervisor. Primary responsibility is to manage all line functions of the “21” table games on any given shift. Monitor at all times to protect the game from dishonest practice of guests or staff.
Guest Service Agent. Provides excellent customer service and security for Casino facilities, guests, and employees to ensure a safe, honest, and pleasant environment.
Housekeeper. This position provides custodial housekeeping services throughout the Casino.
