Archuleta declares that the new facility’s design is unlike any other in Northern California. The elegant microbrewery will offer 10 different brews created onsite. The 350-seat full service restaurant’s $1 million kitchen plan includes a sushi bar and a 40-foot brick oven. Pizza will be available for dine-in, take-out or delivery. Diners can enjoy an outdoor seating area with fireplaces, custom shade lattice and cool mist system. Food service extends to the well-appointed VIP section on the second floor, complete with leather seats and a private bar.
Entertainment continues to be a primary focus in the new facility. CEO Randy Carter emphasizes that the Feather Falls Brewing Company will feature an elevated stage for live music of every genre, with performers ranging from headliners to regional and local bands, as well as unique acts from across the country. Carter says plans are also underway for incredible special events. Patrons will be able to rent 3 luxurious VIP rooms with couches and private servers. Additionally, the venue offers 16 big screen TVs, a VIP slot area with all the latest games and a 21-seat video poker bar.
The $7 million renovation of the Cascade Showroom area into the Feather Falls Brewing Company begins in April 2010. Construction includes a new entrance, new restroom facilities and a new high-speed escalator between the 1st and 2nd floors. The project’s general contractor, SMC, recently completed multi-million dollar expansions at the Atlantis Hotel Casino, Ritz Carlton Club, Peppermill Hotel Casino and Marriott Timber Lodge. Architectural services will be provided by MBA Architecture and Interior Design of Reno, NV, who specialize in casino and resort design.
Carter expects to hire 30 employees to fill newly-created positions, adding, “We at Feather Falls are once again proud to be leaders of our industry in our local area.”
