Shrimp sautéed in citrus juice, herbs and our Apricot Thunder Wheat Ale, served on a flaky pillow of puff pastry.

A classic Caesar salad with romaine hearts, creamy dressing, garlicky croutons, artichoke hearts, and a lemon wedge.
Beef Entrée: Grilled Flank Steak
Flank steak marinated in Soaring Eagle Pilsner and saffron brine, grilled and served on a bed of Swiss chard wilted in apricot ale vinaigrette, along with buttered red potatoes.
