Autumn Beer Pairing Dinner

Treat yourself to a truly elegant dining experience! Our Autumn Beer Pairing Dinner menu is a feast of seasonal specialty dishes created just for this event. Hosted by our assistant brewmaster, Dale Sakschewski, the evening includes five courses, craft beer samples and a souvenir pint glass. Dinner music provided by Jonathan Arthur.
Appetizer – Paired with Oktoberfest Märzen
Almond Crusted Shrimp – Two plump Mexican brown shrimp breaded in panko and toasted almonds, baked to a golden brown. Served over a blood orange caper sauce with golden raisins, wilted greens, and grilled navel orange slices.
Salad – Paired with Dancing Trees Hefeweizen
Grilled Steak Pasta Salad – A spiced grilled flank steak sliced thin and served over an orzo pasta salad with fresh-cut heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, and grilled corn. Tossed in a yellow curry sauce with hints of citrus.
1st Entrée – Paired with Broken Arrow IPA
Spiced Duck Breast – A pan-seared duck breast coated in spices, sliced thin and layered over a sweet potato, Fresno chili, and fresh fig agrodolce. Drizzled in balsamic vinaigrette, garnished with green onions, and served with a natural duck and fig jus.
2nd Entrée – Paired with Volcano Mudslide Sweet Stout
Beef Barbacoa Pappardelle – A traditional Mexican-style beef cheek slow cooked for hours until tender, then braised in a poblano pepper and chocolate mole sauce with fresh lime juice and cilantro. Served over handmade pappardelle noodles.
Dessert – Paired with Sticky Bee Honey Wheat Ale
Zeppole – A light, fluffy and sweet Italian pastry similar to a doughnut, fried to perfection. Served over peanut butter and topped with a honeyed whipped cream.
